Fixderma Epifager Advance Serum 25 ML

Fixderma Epifager Advance Serum 25 ML is used for managing hyperpigmentation and dark spots. It works to brighten the complexion by targeting visible discolouration and pigmentation. The formulation combines powerful skin-brightening agents such as Tranexamic Acid, Kojic Acid Dipalmitate, and Alpha Arbutin. These ingredients help reduce melanin production and promote an even skin tone. The presence of Niacinamide supports the skin's barrier, while Nano Curcumin and Vitamin C derivatives help neutralise oxidative stress. This serum manages melasma, acne-related marks, and post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation. It absorbs quickly into the skin and suits both AM and PM skincare routines.
