Himalaya Koflet Ex Syrup 100 ML is used for managing productive cough associated with wet cough and bronchial inflammation in the lungs. It combines the natural power of ingredients like Vasaka, Biranjasipha, Peppermint Satva, Sunthi, and Yashti, which are known for their beneficial properties in respiratory health. The syrup is an expectorant and mucolytic, thinning down phlegm and promoting its easy expulsion. Vasaka, with its anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties, helps reduce lung irritation, while Biranjasipha functions as a bronchodilator, easing airflow.
