• Wash the bowl and spoon thoroughly with soap and water. Then boil in water for 5 minutes. 
• Boil drinking water in a separate vessel for at least 15 minutes and leave it till lukewarm. 
• Take the measured quantity of Lactodex Follow-Up Formula (7 scoops in 210 ml) in the previously sterilised bowl. 
• Add the required quantity of lukewarm water and stir well to get an evenly mixed milk feed.
