• Wash your hands thoroughly before touching utensils.
• Pour milk into a pot, boil it for 5 minutes and let it cool.
• Pour a necessary amount of warm milk into a bowl and add the recommended quantity of Mums Care.
• Mix well stirring continuously until the preparation is smooth.
• Check for desired food temperature by tasting it yourself before feeding it to the baby.
• Use a fresh spoon to feed the baby.

Recommended servings per day:

• 6-12 Months: Take 4 levelled scoops of Mum's Care. Mix with 40-50ml of water. Serve 3 times a day.
• 12-24 Months: Take 5 levelled scoops of Mum's Care. Mix with 60-65ml of water. Serve 3 to 4 times a day.
• 24 Months and Above: Take 6 levelled scoops of Mum's Care. Mix with 70-80ml of water. Serve 4 to 5 times a day.
