• Sit upright and place the cuff on your left wrist.
• Pass your wrist through the cuff loop.
• Ensure your palm and the monitor display are facing upward.
• Adjust the cuff so there is a 1 to 2-cm gap between the cuff and the bottom of your palm.
• Avoid wrapping the cuff over clothing for accurate readings.
• Once done the scale will automatically turn off.
