Omron Hv F311 Electronic Nerve Stimulator 1 is used for supporting pain management. It is an electronic nerve stimulation device that helps in managing pain in various parts of the body. It helps support joint pains, stiffness and numbness in the back, arms, legs, shoulders and feet by nerve stimulation to the surface of the skin near the site of the pain. This device may also help in managing healthy blood circulation that relaxes muscles and regulates endorphins which are natural painkillers. Additionally, it has three customisable combinations for soothing heat according to the needs.

Assembly Steps: 

• Put the jack into the bottom left side of the device. 
• Place gels onto the pads.
• Remove the non-printed side of the plastic film.
• Place the gels on the back sides of the pads. 
• Attach the pads to the body. 

Usage: 

• A TENS therapy session lasts for 30 minutes before it automatically shuts off. 
• There should be only one session at a time. 
• It should only be used three times per day.

• Do not turn the device on until the pads are on your skin. 
• Each gel has a film on each side of the gel.
• Read carefully: One film is non-printed and the other side has the text “SKIN”.
• Make sure the gel lays evenly and securely with no bubbles, bending or missing pieces. 
• Clean and dry the applicable skin area so it's free of all lotions/ oils/ sweat/ ointment. 
• Make sure that pads stick to the skin. 
• Store in a cool, dry place away from direct heat and moisture.
• Keep out of the reach of children.
• Avoid any physical damage.
