• Remove the cap from the lancing device.
• Insert a new OneTouch Delica Plus lancet firmly into the holder.
• Twist off the protective cap from the lancet and save it for later disposal.
• Replace the lancing device cap.
• Wash your hands with soap and warm water, then dry them thoroughly.
• Choose a puncture site on the side of your fingertip.
• Press the lancing device firmly against the side of your fingertip.
• Press the release button to lance your finger.
• Remove the lancing device cap.
• Place the protective cap on the used lancet.
• Eject the lancet by sliding the ejection control forward.
• Dispose of the used lancet in a proper sharps container.
