• Take one teaspoonful (5ml) of waist and tummy trim gel and apply twice daily in the morning after bath and before bedtime.
• For the Waist, massage the gel for 4-5 minutes in a circular motion from bottom to top, using your palms to get the right pressure.
• For Tummy, massage the gel with both hands for 4-5 minutes with smooth strokes from bottom to top,  working towards the navel.
