• This medicine is meant for adults aged 18 and above.

Contraindications

• This medicine is contraindicated in patients with known allergies to Amlodipine, Chlorthalidone, or Telmisartan. It is also contraindicated in patients with severe liver disease, severe kidney disease, hyperkalemia (high potassium levels) or those on potassium-sparing diuretics, or primary aldosteronism.

Other Medications to Avoid

• Amlodipine + Chlorthalidone + Telmisartan can interact with potassium-sparing diuretics (such as spironolactone and triamterene), angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors (like lisinopril and quinapril), and nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory medicines (such as ibuprofen and naproxen).

Overdose and Missed Dose

• An overdose of this medication may cause severe dizziness, fainting, and fast or slow heartbeat. If an overdose is suspected, seek immediate medical help.

• If you miss a dose of this medicine, take it as soon as you remember. However, if it is near the time for the next dose, skip the missed dose and continue your regular dosing schedule.

Management of Side Effects

Most side effects are temporary and generally harmless and resolve when discontinuing this medicine. However, if you experience any severe side effects or worsening of any of the symptoms, please consult your doctor.

• If you experience dizziness or lightheadedness, sit or lie down until the symptoms pass.

• For minor stomach discomfort, take the medication with food.

Use in Driving and Operating Machinery

• This medication may cause dizziness or lightheadedness. These could affect your ability to drive or operate machinery. Avoid driving or using heavy machinery if you experience these side effects.

Use in Pregnancy and Lactation

• Amlodipine + Chlorthalidone + Telmisartan is not recommended for use during pregnancy or while breastfeeding. Consult your doctor before using this medicine if you are pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or breastfeeding.
