Amlodipine + Chlorthalidone + Telmisartan is taken orally (tablet).
This medicine is meant for adults aged 18 and above.
This medicine is contraindicated in patients with known allergies to Amlodipine, Chlorthalidone, or Telmisartan. It is also contraindicated in patients with severe liver disease, severe kidney disease, hyperkalemia (high potassium levels) or those on potassium-sparing diuretics, or primary aldosteronism.
Amlodipine + Chlorthalidone + Telmisartan can interact with potassium-sparing diuretics (such as spironolactone and triamterene), angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors (like lisinopril and quinapril), and nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory medicines (such as ibuprofen and naproxen).
