This tablet is a combination medicine from the antihypertensive class, containing a diuretic, an angiotensin receptor blocker, and a calcium channel blocker, which work together to relax blood vessels and reduce excess fluid in the body. Take it as prescribed, with or without food. Continue taking it regularly, even if you feel well, as high blood pressure often has no warning signs.
Reducing salt in your diet, staying physically active, maintaining a healthy weight, and limiting alcohol intake can further help control your blood pressure alongside this medicine.
Before starting this medicine, tell your doctor if you have kidney or liver problems, gout, diabetes, or are taking other blood pressure medicines. It is not suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Report persistent dizziness, swelling of the ankles or hands, or muscle weakness to your doctor.
