• This medication is intended for use in adults and also in children above the age of 12 years.

Contraindications

• Amoxicillin + Cloxacillin + Lactobacillus + Serratiopeptidase is contraindicated in patients with a known allergy to any of its components. It should not be used by patients who have a history of cholestatic jaundice or liver dysfunction associated with previous use of penicillins.

Other Medications to Avoid

• This combination may interact with uricosuric agents (e.g., probenecid), anti-uraemic agents (e.g., allopurinol), oral contraceptives (e.g., desogestrel, ethinylestradiol) and anticoagulants (e.g., warfarin, heparin).

Overdose and Missed Dose

• In case of an overdose of this medication, symptoms may involve an exacerbation of side effects, particularly gastrointestinal symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, and diarrhoea. Immediate medical attention should be sought, and treatment is symptomatic and supportive.

• If you miss a dose of this medication, take it as soon as you remember. However, if it is close to your next dose, skip the missed dose and follow the regular dosing schedule.
