Contraindications

• This combination may interact with other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs- NSAIDs (e.g., aspirin, ibuprofen), anticoagulants (e.g., warfarin), anti-hypertensives (e.g., ACE inhibitors, beta-blockers), diuretics (e.g., hydrocholorthiazide), mood stabilisers (e.g., lithium), antimetabolites (e.g., methotrexate), immuno-suppresants (e.g., cyclosporine), and selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs).

Overdose and Missed Dose

• An overdose of Diclofenac + Eperisone may result in nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, drowsiness, dizziness, seizures, respiratory depression, and cardiovascular collapse. Immediate medical attention is necessary in case of an overdose.

• If you forget to take a dose of this medication, take it as soon as you remember. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and continue with your regular dosing schedule.

Management of Side Effects

Most side effects are temporary and generally harmless and resolve when discontinuing this medicine. However, if you experience any severe side effects or worsening of any symptoms, please consult your doctor.

• Drinking plenty of water can help manage side effects such as constipation or dry mouth.

• If you experience dizziness or light-headedness, it may help to lie down or sit with your head between your knees.

• Avoiding spicy, fatty, and fried foods can help manage gastrointestinal side effects such as heartburn and indigestion.

Use in Driving and Operating Machinery

• Diclofenac + Eperisone may cause drowsiness, dizziness, or blurred vision. These effects may be worse if you take it with alcohol or certain medicines. Use this medication cautiously while driving or performing other tasks requiring alertness.
