Diclofenac + Nimesulide is a combination of two nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory medicines.
Diclofenac works by blocking the production of certain chemicals in your body that cause pain and swelling. These chemicals are called prostaglandins and are produced in response to injury or certain diseases.
Nimesulide also works to reduce the production of prostaglandins in the body. Together, these two medicines provide more effective and comprehensive relief from pain and inflammation than either could do alone.
