This medicine is intended for adults and children above 12 years of age.
This combination is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to either ingredient.
It is not to be used by patients suffering from gastrointestinal haemorrhage, obstruction or perforation, hepatic impairment, breast cancer or other prolactin-releasing tumours, as well as those with QT prolongation or ventricular arrhythmia.
Domperidone + Paracetamol/Acetaminophen may interact with CYP3A4 inhibitors (such as azole antifungals, macrolide antibiotics, HIV protease inhibitors and nefazodone) and anticoagulants (like warfarin).
In case of overdose of Domperidone + Paracetamol/Acetaminophen, symptoms may include drowsiness, disorientation and extrapyramidal reactions. Seek immediate medical attention.
