Contraindications

• This medicine is contraindicated in patients with known allergies to Nandrolone.
• It is also contraindicated in patients with prostate cancer, carcinoma of the breast in females, pregnancy and severe kidney damage.

Other Medications to Avoid With This Medicine

• Nandrolone may interact with other erythropoiesis-stimulating agents (ESAs) (Erythropoietin), anticoagulants ( warfarin and aspirin), and diabetes medications ( insulin, glipizide, and glimepiride).

Overdose and Missed Dose

• An overdose of Nandrolone may result in serious side effects. If you suspect an overdose, inform your doctor immediately or seek medical attention.
• If you miss a scheduled dose of Nandrolone, take it as soon as you remember. However, if it is close to the time for your next dose, skip the missed one and continue with your regular dosing schedule. Do not double up on doses.

• Nandrolone is unlikey to influence machines using and driving. Still, it is advised to avoid driving or operating heavy machinery if you experience these side effects after administering the medication.

Use in Pregnancy and Lactation

• The use of Nandrolone is not recommended during pregnancy, as it may harm the foetus.
• It is also not recommended for breastfeeding mothers, as Nandrolone is passed into breast milk.

Caution in Other Conditions

• Patients with pre-existing liver or kidney disease/insufficiency, cardiac disease, epilepsy, mellitus diabetes or migraine should exercise caution when taking Nandrolone.

Special Dietary and Lifestyle Recommendation

• Regular light exercises like walking or stretching can help maintain muscle mass and bone strength.
• Regularly monitor blood glucose levels if you are a patient with diabetes, as Nandrolone can interact with insulin and oral diabetes medications.
