• Avoid walking barefoot in damp areas like changing rooms and gym showers to prevent fungal infections. 
• To prevent spreading the infection, avoid scratching infected skin. Also, don't share towels, combs, bedsheets, shoes, or socks with others. 
• Wash your bed sheets and towels frequently to maintain cleanliness and hygiene.
