Tinfal Tablet 10

Tinfal Tablet is used to manage deficiencies of biotin and folic acid, promoting healthy hair, skin, nails, and overall well-being. It enhances the health and appearance of these areas while assisting in maintaining brain function and heart health. Additionally, Tinfal Tablet boosts overall energy levels, helps prevent anemia and folate deficiency, and supports fetal development during pregnancy.

To use Tinfal Tablet properly, follow these instructions:

• Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water.
• Do not crush or chew the tablet.
• The tablet can be taken with or without food.
• Always take this medicine as directed by your doctor.
• It's important not to stop taking this medicine without speaking to your doctor first.

Tinfal Tablet is taken orally.

Tinfal Tablet comprises two active ingredients:

• Biotin (5 mg): A water-soluble Bvitamin, biotin acts as a coenzyme for carboxylases. These enzymes play a key role in metabolism processes involving fats, carbohydrates, and proteins. Biotin helps transfer carbon dioxide during these reactions and also has a part to play in gene expression and cell signalling.
• Folic Acid (5 mg): Once converted into its active form as tetrahydrofolate (THF), folic acid serves as a coenzyme in nucleic acid synthesis and amino acid production. It's vital for red blood cell production and for the proper development of the fetal nervous system.

• Keep Tinfal Tablet in a cool, dry place, ideally at room temperature between 15-30°C.
• Protect it from direct sunlight and moisture to maintain its effectiveness.
• Ensure it's out of reach of children to prevent accidental ingestion.
• Check the expiry date before use and avoid using past this date.

• To support the role of Tinfal Tablet in promoting healthy hair, skin, and nails, ensure you maintain a balanced diet rich in lean proteins. These foods provide essential amino acids that are necessary for keratin production, a protein that strengthens your hair, skin, and nails.
• If you're taking Tinfal Tablet to manage anaemia or folate deficiency, include foods high in iron and folic acid in your diet. These could be green leafy vegetables like spinach or fortified cereals.
