Alerfix Total Tablet is used for:

• Relieving symptoms of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD)

• Managing symptoms of asthma

• Easing allergic rhinitis symptoms

• Alleviating bronchitis symptoms

Here's how you should take Alerfix Total Tablet:

Alerfix Total Tablet contains three active ingredients that work in harmony:

• Ambroxol (75 mg): This mucolytic agent reduces the thickness of mucus secretions in the respiratory tract. By doing so, it makes it easier for you to clear your airways. It also possesses anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties.

• Levocetirizine (5 mg): As a potent second-generation antihistamine, levocetirizine selectively binds to H1 receptors. This action blocks histamine and helps reduce symptoms of allergic rhinitis like sneezing, itching, and a runny nose.

• Montelukast (10 mg): This component acts as a leukotriene receptor antagonist that blocks cysteinyl leukotrienes. These are inflammatory mediators which play a key role in conditions like asthma and allergic rhinitis. By blocking them, montelukast reduces inflammation in the airways, bronchoconstriction, and mucus secretion.

• Store Alerfix Total Tablet in a dry place, away from light and moisture.
