Alerid Tablet 10

Alerid Tablet is used in the following conditions:

• Seasonal allergic rhinitis (hay fever): This tablet can effectively manage the symptoms of runny nose and sneezing due to pollen, dust, or other environmental allergens.
• Perennial allergic rhinitis: This tablet also controls perennial allergic rhinitis symptoms. It occurs year-round due to dust mites, pet dander, and mould spores. This tablet helps to reduce itching, swelling, and redness due to perennial allergic rhinitis.
• Chronic idiopathic urticaria: This tablet is also taken to manage itchy, red, raised hives on the skin.

• Take the tablet with a glass of water.
• Swallow the tablet as a whole, do not crush or chew the tablet.
• Take the dosage suggested by your doctor. 
• It can be taken with or without food.

Alerid Tablet is taken orally.

Alerid Tablet contains the following components:

• Cetirizine (10 mg): It is an antihistamine that works by blocking the effects of histamine, a chemical released by the body during an allergic reaction. Histamine causes sneezing, runny or stuffy nose, itching, and watery eyes. This tablet blocks the effects of histamine and reduces allergic symptoms.

• Store at room temperature between 20-25°C (68-77°F).
• Keep the tablets in their original packaging to protect from moisture.
• Store away from direct sunlight and heat sources.
• Keep out of reach of children and pets.
• Do not use the tablets if they are past their expiration date.
• Store in a dry place, away from excess humidity.
• Do not transfer tablets to other containers unless directed by a doctor.
• Dispose of any unused or expired medication properly according to local regulations.

• When traveling, be aware of allergen exposure at your destination. Carry any necessary medications or supplies to manage allergies while away from home.
