Allercet-M Kid Tablet DT is used to treat allergy symptoms such as runny nose, sneezing, itching, puffiness, congestion, and watery eyes in children. It may also aid in the treatment of asthma and allergies of the skin.
Give this medicine to your child in the indicated dose, timing, and manner at a set time before or after food. Give Allercet-M Kid Tablet DT in the evening or 2 hours before physical exercise if you have asthma. Depending on the time of beginning of symptoms, it is better to give allergy medicine in the morning or evening. If your child has both, it's best to give it in the evening. If your kid vomits within 30 minutes of taking this drug, repeat the dose, but avoid it if the next dose is approaching.

Levocetirizine and Montelukast are found in Allercet-M Kid Tablet DT. These two together alleviate sneezing and a runny nose caused by allergies. Levocetirizine is an antiallergic that prevents runny noses, watery eyes, and sneezing by blocking a chemical messenger called histamine. Montelukast is an anti-leukotriene drug. It operates by preventing the release of another chemical messenger (leukotriene). This relieves symptoms by reducing inflammation (swelling) in the airways and nose.
