Tazobactam (125 mg): It protects ceftriaxone from being broken down. Ceftriaxone can be broken down by enzymes (beta-lactamases) produced by resistant bacteria. By attaching itself to these enzymes and rendering them ineffective, tazobactam ensures that ceftriaxone can perform its antibacterial function even against resistant beta-lactamase-producing bacteria.

Pregnancy

Exercise caution when using Auxone Tz 1000/125 MG Injection 1 while pregnant. Inform your doctor if you are pregnant if this injection is prescribed to you.

Breastfeeding
