AV-UTI Suspension is used for the following:

Here's how you should take AV-UTI Suspension:

• Shake the bottle well before use. This ensures that the active ingredients are evenly distributed throughout the suspension.

• Measure out the exact quantity as recommended by your doctor using a spoon or cup. Do not exceed this amount unless advised otherwise by your doctor.

• You can take this medicine with or without food, according to your preference.

AV-UTI Suspension is taken orally.

The AV-UTI Suspension contains three active ingredients:

• Cranberry Extract (200 mg): Cranberry extract contains elements known as proanthocyanidins (PACs). These PACs can help prevent bacteria like E. coli from sticking to the walls of your urinary tract. By doing so, they reduce the risk of infection and help flush out bacteria through urination.

• D-Mannose (300 mg): D-Mannose is a type of sugar that isn't metabolised by your body. When consumed, it gets rapidly absorbed and excreted unchanged in your urine. It acts as a competitor for E. coli bacteria, binding to their attachment structures and preventing them from sticking to the lining of your urinary tract. This makes it easier for your body to flush these bacteria out during urination and reduces the risk of infection.

• Potassium Magnesium Citrate (978 mg): This compound is a mix of potassium, magnesium, and citrate ions, which alkalize your urine and make it an unsuitable environment for bacterial growth. The potassium and magnesium contained in this mix help maintain proper electrolyte balance and support overall urinary tract health.
