Azovas 8mg Tablet is used to treat excessive blood pressure (hypertension). It belongs to the calcium channel blocker class of drugs, which helps to lower blood pressure and lessen the stress on the heart. This decreases the risk of heart attack and stroke. Azovas 8mg Tablet can be used alone or in combination with other medicine. The dose you receive is determined by your blood pressure and the severity of your disease. It can be taken with or without meals at any time of day, although it is preferable to take it at the same time each day. Continue to take it for as long as your doctor suggests. Even if you feel better , do not stop taking this medicine on your own because high blood pressure often has no symptoms. This makes any sudden rise difficult to detect, and if you stop taking it, your condition may worsen.
