Bilanix Forte Tablet is used for managing the following conditions:

Here's how to take Bilanix Forte Tablet properly:

• Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water.

• Do not chew, crush or break the tablet.

• You can take this medicine with or without food, but for better absorption avoid taking it with fruit juices.

• Aim to take it at the same time each day for consistent symptom relief.

• If you forget a dose, take it as soon as you remember unless it's almost time for your next dose. Never take two doses together to make up for a missed one.

Bilanix Forte Tablet contains bilastine (40 mg), which acts on your body through the following mechanisms:

• Selective Histamine H1 Receptor Antagonist: Bilastine selectively binds to histamine H1 receptors in your body. • Non-Sedative Action: As a second-generation antihistamine, bilastine barely crosses the blood-brain barrier. This means it doesn't affect the brain much and therefore causes less drowsiness compared to older antihistamines, which easily cross this barrier.
