Bilasure M Tablet is used for the following:

• Management of symptoms related to allergic rhinitis such as blocked or runny nose.

• Relief from allergic reactions manifesting as sneezing.

• Control of symptoms like itchy, red or watery eyes caused by allergies.

• Providing relief from seasonal hay fever.

• Management of seasonal allergies.

• Mitigation of allergic asthma by reducing swelling and inflammation in the airways.

Follow these instructions while taking Bilasure M Tablet:

• Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water.

• Do not chew, crush, or break the tablet.

• Always follow the recommended dose provided by your doctor.

• It's important not to stop taking this medicine without first consulting your doctor.

Bilasure M Tablet is taken orally.

Bilasure M Tablet contains two active ingredients that work in different ways:

• Bilastine (20 mg): This antihistamine medication blocks the action of histamine, a key chemical messenger involved in allergic reactions. By preventing histamine from binding to its receptors, bilastine helps reduce allergy symptoms like itching, swelling, redness, and rashes.

• Montelukast (10 mg): This leukotriene receptor antagonist works by blocking the effects of leukotrienes, another group of chemical messengers that play a vital role in triggering inflammation and narrowing of the airways during an allergic response. By inhibiting leukotriene activity, montelukast reduces airway inflammation and prevents asthma symptoms in allergy-induced asthma.
