Bisolol-H 5/6.25 Tablet is used for the following:

• Management of high blood pressure (hypertension)

• Helping those whose blood pressure is not sufficiently controlled by either bisoprolol or hydrochlorothiazide alone

Here's how you should take Bisolol-H 5/6.25 Tablet:

• Swallow the tablet whole with a sufficient amount of water.

• Do not chew, crush, or divide the tablet.

Bisolol-H 5/6.25 Tablet contains two active ingredients:

• Bisoprolol (5 mg): As a cardioselective beta-1 adrenergic receptor blocker, bisoprolol decreases the heart rate, reduces the force with which the heart muscle contracts, and suppresses the release of renin, a hormone produced by kidneys.
