• Calcium Carbonate (1250 mg): This ingredient provides elemental calcium which contributes to strong bones and teeth as well as supporting muscle, nerve functions and cardiovascular health.

• Elemental Magnesium (50 mg): This component participates in energy production and helps regulate muscle and nerve functions along with blood sugar control.
