Carvenol 12.5 Tablet is prescribed to manage conditions like high blood pressure (hypertension) and chest pain, known as angina. It belongs to a class of medication known as beta-blockers.
This medicine also helps lower the risk of death and hospitalisation in patients with mild to severe chronic heart failure. Additionally, it is prescribed for clinically stable patients who have experienced a heart attack and have left ventricular dysfunction, reducing the risk of cardiovascular-related mortality.
Before using this tablet, let your doctor know if you have diabetes, kidney or liver issues, severe peripheral artery disease affecting blood flow in your limbs, low blood pressure, advanced age, first-degree heart block or other heart conditions, severe heart failure, low sodium or blood levels, Raynaud’s syndrome, peripheral vascular disease (resulting in cold hands and feet), or thyroid problems.
