Cataspa Tablet is used to manage severe pain caused by renal, ureteric, biliary, and abdominal colic, which is severe pain due to the presence of a stone, as well as postoperative pain, uterine irritation during pregnancy, and primary dysmenorrhoea, which refers to cramping pain that occurs before or during menstruation.
It is also used to treat Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) and abdominal cramps from dysmenorrhea. IBS is a chronic condition with symptoms like abdominal pain, cramping, gas, bloating, and alternating constipation or diarrhea, while dysmenorrhea involves throbbing pain in the lower abdomen before and during menstruation.
