Clarinova Dry Syrup is used in:

• If needed, add more water to reach the specified ring mark
• Close the bottle securely and shake the mixture thoroughly. This ensures that the dry powder is dissolved correctly and ready for use.

Clarinova Dry Syrup is taken orally with the help of a measuring cup.

Clarinova Dry Syrup contains the following component:

• Clarithromycin (125 mg): It is a macrolide antibiotic that interferes with the ability of bacteria to produce proteins necessary for their growth. This disruption ultimately weakens and kills the bacteria, helping the body fight the infection.
