Clobikem-GM Neo Cream is used for the following:

• Managing skin infections with bacterial and fungal elements

• Dealing with resistant dermatoses with secondary bacterial or fungal infections

• Reducing inflammation and itching associated with skin infections

Follow these instructions while applying Clobikem-GM Neo Cream:

• Ensure the affected skin area is clean and dry before application.

• Use a clean fingertip or cotton swab to apply a thin layer of the cream to the affected area.

• Gently rub in the cream until it is fully absorbed into your skin.

• Wash your hands after application to prevent spreading the infection.

• Consult your doctor for specific advice on duration and frequency of use.

Clobikem-GM Neo Cream is applied topically.

Clobikem-GM Neo Cream comprises three active ingredients:

• Clobetasol Propionate (0.05%): A potent topical corticosteroid, clobetasol propionate works by inhibiting the release of substances in the body that cause inflammation. It reduces the activity of inflammatory cells in the skin and suppresses the immune system. This leads to a decrease in inflammation and itching associated with skin infections.

• Neomycin (0.5%): An aminoglycoside antibiotic, neomycin works against many gram-negative and some gram-positive bacteria. It disrupts protein synthesis in bacterial cells by binding to their 30S ribosomal subunit, leading to bacterial cell death.

• Miconazole (2%): This ingredient belongs to the class of antifungal medications known as imidazoles. Miconazole acts by inhibiting the synthesis of ergosterol, an essential component of fungal cell membranes. The disruption of cell membrane formation leads to the death of fungal cells.

• Store Clobikem-GM Neo Cream at room temperature, ideally below 30°C.

• Keep the tube tightly sealed when not in use, and avoid exposure to direct heat or moisture.

• Avoid direct contact with eyes.
