Clofresh-GM Neo Cream is used for managing the following skin conditions:

• Atopic dermatitis, a type of inflammation of the skin

Clofresh-GM Neo Cream is a combination medicine comprising three active ingredients:

• Clobetasol Propionate (0.05%): This potent topical steroid works by reducing inflammation, itching and redness on the skin. It does this by promoting the production of lipocortins – proteins that control the release of inflammation-causing substances like prostaglandins and leukotrienes.

• Neomycin (0.%): This antibiotic manages bacterial skin infections by blocking their protein synthesis—an essential process for bacterial growth. By binding to bacterial ribosomes and preventing mRNA translation into proteins, it leads to bacterial cell death.

• Miconazole (2%): This antifungal disrupts the growth of fungi causing skin infections by inhibiting the synthesis of ergosterol—a key component in fungal cell membranes. The disruption leads to the death of these fungal cells.

• Store Clofresh-GM Neo Cream at room temperature, ideally between 15°C and 30°C.

• Keep it away from direct sunlight, heat and moisture.

• Ensure the container is tightly closed when not in use to prevent air exposure.

• This medicine should be kept out of the reach of children.
