Clonotril 0.25 MG Tablet 15

Clonotril-0.25 Tablet can interact with medications, including: 

• Central nervous system depressants: When this tablet taken with other central nervous system (CNS) depressants such as opioids like oxycodone, or sedative medications like diazepam, can enhance their sedative effects.
• Selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs) like Fluoxetine: Combining it with SSRIs, which are commonly prescribed for depression and anxiety, may increase the risk of serotonin syndrome.
• Antibiotics such as Bacitracin: It may decrease the excretion rate of it which could result in a higher serum level.

Clonotril-0.25 Tablet can interact with diseases, including:

• Respiratory disorders: This tablet may cause respiratory depression and apnea, usually when given in high dosages. 
• Liver diseases: The use of this tablet is considered by the manufacturer to be contraindicated in patients with clinical or biochemical evidence of significant liver disease.
• Drug dependencies: This tablet have the potential to cause dependence and abuse. Tolerance as well as physical and psychological dependence can develop, particularly after prolonged use and/or excessive dosages.
• Closed-angle glaucoma: This tablet agents do not possess anticholinergic activity but have very rarely been associated with increased intraocular pressure.

Take the daily dose of Clonotril-0.25 Tablet as directed by your doctor. The doctor may adjust the dosage based on your condition.

In case of accidental overdose of the tablet, seek medical attention. Common symptoms of overdose may include poor coordination or trouble speaking, feeling sleepy, a slow or irregular heartbeat, uncontrolled eye movements, muscle weakness or feeling overexcited.

Take the missed dose of the tablet as soon as you remember it. However, if it is almost time for the next dose, skip the missed dose and continue your regular dosing schedule. Do not take a double dose to make up for a missed one.
