Coligon Drops 15 ML contains three active ingredients:

• Dill Oil (0.005 ml/ml): This oil extracted from dill seeds helps relax the smooth muscles in your child's gastrointestinal tract. This action can ease spasms and cramp-like pain in the stomach and intestines. Additionally, dill oil aids in expelling gas from the body and reducing bloating.

• Fennel Oil (0.0007 ml/ml): Derived from fennel seeds, this oil exhibits similar properties as dill oil. It soothes the digestive tract, alleviates spasmodic pain and flatulence, and aids in expelling excess gas. Furthermore, fennel oil helps reduce intestinal cramping and enhance gastrointestinal motility.

• Simethicone (40 mg/ml): This is an anti-foaming agent that changes the surface tension of gas bubbles in the gastrointestinal tract. As a result, smaller gas bubbles merge into larger ones, making them easier to release as wind or belches. Simethicone works solely within the gut lumen and does not get absorbed systemically, alleviating bloating, abdominal distension, and discomfort due to excessive gas production.
