Comik 500 MG Injection 10 contains amikacin (500 mg) as the active ingredient. It works in the human body in the following manner:

• Amikacin inhibits bacterial protein synthesis by binding itself to the 30S ribosomal subunit of the bacteria. This effectively stops the bacteria from multiplying.
