The uses of Contramal 100 injection are as follows:

• Post-surgical pain: It is used to manage pain following surgical procedures when other pain relief methods are not sufficient.

Contramal 100 injection is administered as an intramuscular injection, slow intravenous injection, or diluted in solution for administration by infusion.

Contramal 100 injection contains the following component:

• TRAMADOL (100 MG) - It is a centrally acting analgesic that is structurally related to codeine and morphine. It binds to certain proteins in the body which contributes to its analgesic effect. 

• Keep the medication in its original container to avoid overexposure to light.
• To keep the injection from being exposed to extreme temperatures, store it away from radiators, windows, and heating vents.
• In order to prevent contamination, ensure that vials or syringes are correctly closed and sealed. Observe the handling guidelines provided by the manufacturer.
• Check the expiration date on the packaging. Do not use the medicine if it has passed its expiration date.
