Coscoril Oral Drops is a drug used to treat wet cough (cough with mucus) in children who have a sore throat or asthma. It also soothes your child's throat, clears congestion, and allows for easier breathing. Coscoril Oral Drops should be taken with or without meals. If your child has an upset stomach, it is best to give it with food. Depending on the severity of the sickness, you may need to give this drug to your child for a few days to weeks. Even if your child begins to feel better, do not discontinue the medicine abruptly on your own for optimum benefit; instead, continue the medicine until the full specified course has been completed. Also, if you want your child to feel better quickly, do not administer more than the suggested dose because it may have unintended consequences and exacerbate their health.
