Cremagel-H Cream is used for managing several health conditions such as:

• Internal and external haemorrhoids

• Rectal inflammation, also known as proctitis

• Anal fissures, which are small tears in the lining of the anus

• Alleviating post-hemorrhoidectomy pain, which is discomfort after surgery for haemorrhoids

Use Cremagel-H Cream by following these steps:

• Gently clean and dry the affected anal area.

• Apply a thin layer of the prescribed amount of cream to the anal area up to four times daily, particularly at night, in the morning and after each bowel movement.

• Wash your hands immediately after applying.

Cremagel-H Cream contains a combination of active ingredients that work together to manage symptoms of anorectal disorders:

• Sucralfate (7%): This substance reacts with gastric acid to form a sticky substance that adheres to ulcers in the digestive tract. By covering these ulcers, it protects them from further damage and aids in their healing.

• Metronidazole (1%): This antibiotic helps reduce infection and inflammation in the affected area. It does this by being selectively absorbed by certain types of bacteria and protozoa, inhibiting their ability to reproduce and causing them to die off.

• Lidocaine/Lignocaine (4%): This is a local anaesthetic that works by blocking nerve signals in the area where the cream is applied. By doing this, it numbs the area and provides fast relief from pain.

  Together, these components provide pain relief, fight infection and inflammation, and promote tissue repair and healing.

• Keep Cremagel-H Cream at a temperature not exceeding 25°C.

• Do not store it in the fridge or freezer.
