Cutimax Cream 150gm

Cutimax Cream is used for the following:

• Soothing and smoothing dry, rough, scaly skin

• Managing xerosis and senile xerosis (dryness due to ageing skin)

• Assisting in the management of ichthyosis vulgaris (common form of ichthyosis)

• Providing relief from dry skin associated with atopic dermatitis and psoriasis

• Reducing scaling and dryness due to prolonged sun exposure

• Healing dryness and cracking of heels and soles of feet

• Serving as an adjunctive therapy for mildly inflamed dry skin.

Here's how to apply Cutimax Cream :

• Cleanse your skin before application.

• Apply the cream liberally and evenly on the dry skin areas.

• Massage the cream gently until fully absorbed. Do not rub vigorously.

• The cream can be used on your face, hands, feet, and body.

• Avoid contact with your eyes, nostrils, mouth, and other mucous membranes. If contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with water.

• Consult your doctor for specific advice regarding usage.

Cutimax Cream is applied topically.

Cutimax Cream contains two active ingredients:

• White Soft Paraffin (13.2%): Acting as an occlusive moisturiser and emollient, white soft paraffin reduces TEWL by forming a layer on the stratum corneum – the outermost layer of your epidermis. It softens and lubricates your skin while providing a protective effect against environmental factors that might damage it.

• Liquid Paraffin (10.2%): This ingredient acts as an occlusive emollient when applied topically on your skin. It forms a protective barrier on the skin surface which helps reduce water loss from the uppermost layer of your skin, known as transepidermal water loss (TEWL). This action helps soften and smooth dry, rough, flaky skin.

• Store Cutimax Cream in a cool, dry place, ideally at room temperature, below 25°C.

• Keep it out of direct sunlight and avoid exposure to heat.

• It's important to keep the tube tightly closed when not in use.

• Ensure it's kept far away from children's reach.

• Since dry skin conditions can worsen with dehydration, ensure you drink at least 8 glasses of water daily to keep your skin hydrated from within.

• If you're managing psoriasis or atopic dermatitis with Cutimax Cream, consider including omega-3 rich foods like fish, walnuts and flax seeds in your diet as they may help reduce inflammation.
