Cyclopam Tablet 10

Cyclopam Tablet is used to relieve abdominal pain, cramps and spasms of the stomach and intestines, including the discomfort of irritable bowel syndrome and painful menstrual cramps.

Uses of Cyclopam Tablet are:

• Abdominal Cramps and Spasms: Relaxes intestinal muscles to relieve cramping pain, including in irritable bowel syndrome.
• Colicky Pain: Eases spasm-related discomfort linked to the urinary tract and gallbladder.
• Menstrual Pain: Relieves painful period cramps.

• Cyclopam Tablet should be taken orally with food. Taking the tablet after a meal is recommended to reduce the risk of stomach upset.
• Cyclopam Tablet should be swallowed whole with water. Do not crush or chew the tablet.
• Stay within the recommended dose of Cyclopam tablet without consulting your healthcare provider.
• Cyclopam Tablet can be taken with food to avoid stomach upset.
• Do not exceed the recommended dosage or take the Cyclopam tab longer than prescribed. Doing so may increase the risk of adverse effects.
• If you experience any side effects or are concerned about using Cyclopam tablets, immediately speak with your healthcare provider.

• By blocking the action of acetylcholine, dicyclomine hydrochloride helps relax the gastrointestinal tract's smooth muscles, reducing stomach cramps and discomfort.
• Paracetamol is an analgesic and antipyretic drug that helps to reduce pain and fever.
• Paracetamol works by blocking the production of prostaglandins, which are chemicals that cause inflammation and pain in the body.
• By reducing prostaglandins' production, paracetamol helps relieve pain and reduce fever.
• When taken together, dicyclomine hydrochloride and paracetamol work synergistically to relieve pain and discomfort associated with various conditions.

• Store the tablet at room temperature (15-25ºC)
• Protect it from extreme light and moisture.
• Keep Cyclopam Tablets away from children.
• Do not use this medicine after the expiry date has passed.

• Diet: Patients should avoid consuming spicy or oily foods as these can worsen gastrointestinal symptoms such as nausea and diarrhoea, which Cyclopam is commonly used to treat. Eating small, frequent meals throughout the day also helps to alleviate these symptoms.
• Hydration: Patients must stay hydrated while taking Cyclopam, as dehydration can exacerbate gastrointestinal symptoms. Patients should aim to drink at least 8-10 glasses of water daily.
• Exercise: While there are no specific exercise recommendations for patients taking Cyclopam, regular physical activity is generally beneficial for overall health and can help alleviate stress and anxiety, which can exacerbate gastrointestinal symptoms.
• Stress management: Stress and anxiety can exacerbate gastrointestinal symptoms, so patients taking Cyclopam should focus on stress management techniques. It includes deep breathing exercises, meditation, or yoga.
• Avoid alcohol: Patients taking Cyclopam should avoid consuming alcohol. It can increase the risk of adverse effects such as dizziness and drowsiness.
• Medication adherence: Patients should take Cyclopam as their healthcare provider prescribes and not exceed the recommended dosage. Patients should consult their healthcare provider before abruptly discontinuing the medication.

• Take the tablet as prescribed by your physician. Do not take an overdose without consulting your doctor.
• Do not crush or chew the tablet. Swallow it whole with a glass of water.
