D Fresh MR Tablet is used for the treatment of pain due to muscle spasms, such as muscle cramps, musculoskeletal conditions, and inflammation of muscles, joints, and bones in conditions like arthritis, spondylitis, and injuries. It helps reduce swelling, redness, and pain in the affected area. This medication is also effective for muscle strains and sprains caused by overstretching or tearing, providing relief and improving mobility.

1. Take D-Fresh-MR Tablet exactly as prescribed by your doctor.
2. Swallow the whole tablet with water, preferably after meals.
3. Do not crush, chew, or break the tablet.
4. Take the medication regularly at the same time every day for maximum effectiveness.
5. Complete the full course of treatment; do not discontinue the medicine in between.

D-Fresh-MR Tablet is taken orally, which means it is swallowed with water. It should not be taken in any other way.

D-Fresh-MR Tablet contains three active ingredients: diclofenac potassium, paracetamol, and chlorzoxazone. Here's how this medicine works:
