• Diuretics: Medicines like furosemide, hydrochlorothiazide, or bumetanide may interact with Dapefy M 5 mg/1000 mg Tablet. The dapagliflozin component of Dapefy M 5 mg/1000 mg Tablet enhances the diuretic effect of these medicines, possibly leading to increased risk of volume depletion and low blood pressure (hypotension).

• Cationic Medicines: Certain cationic medicines that are eliminated by renal tubular secretion, such as amiloride, digoxin, morphine, procainamide, ranitidine, triamterene or vancomycin may interact with the metformin component of Dapefy M 5 mg/1000 mg Tablet. This interaction may affect the effectiveness of either medicine and careful monitoring is advised.

• NSAIDs: Medicines like ibuprofen, naproxen or diclofenac can affect kidney function, which may increase the risk of lactic acidosis when taken with metformin in Dapefy M 5 mg/1000 mg Tablet.
