Decmax 4mg Tablet is used for the following:

• Management of endocrine disorders such as primary or secondary adrenal insufficiency

• Control of rheumatic disorders like rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis and acute gouty arthritis

• Management of collagen diseases including systemic lupus erythematosus

• Dealing with dermatologic diseases like pemphigus and severe erythema multiforme

• Handling allergic states, for example, bronchial asthma, medicine hypersensitivity reactions, and serum sickness

• Addressing ophthalmic diseases such as optic neuritis, temporal arteritis, and uveitis

• Management of respiratory diseases including fulminating tuberculosis and aspiration pneumonitis

• Control of haematologic disorders like thrombocytopenia and erythroblastopenia

• Palliative management of neoplastic diseases like leukaemia and lymphoma

• Management of cerebral oedema associated with a primary or metastatic brain tumour

• Handling gastrointestinal diseases like ulcerative colitis

• Managing conditions such as multiple sclerosis and myasthenia gravis

Use Decmax 4mg Tablet following these instructions:

• Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water.

• The tablet should be taken with food to avoid stomach irritation.

• Avoid crushing or chewing the tablet.

Decmax 4mg Tablet contains dexamethasone (4 mg) which acts on your body as follows:
