Delphi-L Injection contains three active ingredients that work together to support your health:

• Methylcobalamin (1.5 mg): This is an active form of vitamin B12. It acts as a coenzyme in crucial reactions in your body, aiding in the conversion of homocysteine to methionine and of L-methylmalonyl-CoA to succinyl-CoA. These processes are important for DNA synthesis and energy production.
