• Shake the bottle well before use.

• Measure the required quantity using a spoon or cup.

Dilo BM Expectorant Oral Suspension is taken orally.

Dilo BM Expectorant Oral Suspension contains three ingredients:

• Ambroxol (30 mg): This ingredient has secretolytic and secretomotoric properties, which means it helps thin and loosen mucus in your respiratory tract, making it easier to cough out. Ambroxol achieves this by breaking down mucopolysaccharides and releasing lysosomal enzymes network, resulting in reduced mucus viscosity.

• Guaifenesin (50 mg): As an expectorant, guaifenesin works by increasing bronchial secretions and reducing mucus viscosity to aid its clearance. It enhances the output of respiratory tract fluid by reducing adhesiveness and surface tension, thereby facilitating mucus flow.
