Dolentia Gel  is a 'topical analgesic' (pain reliever) that is primarily used to treat joint pain, low back pain, muscle sprains, and sports injuries. It also helps with joint illnesses including osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis by reducing discomfort and swelling in muscles and joints. Arthritis is a disorder in which one or more joints enlarge, causing pain and stiffness in the joints that gets worse with time. Dolentia Gel  is a blend of three analgesics (Diclofenac, Capsaicin, and Methyl salicylate) plus a cooling ingredient (Menthol). Diclofenac and Methyl salicylate are non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) or pain relievers that act by inhibiting the release of chemical messengers in the brain that cause pain and inflammation signs like redness and swelling. Capsaicin is an analgesic that reduces pain perception by altering the chemical messenger in the brain (neurotransmitter) that conveys pain signals to the brain. Menthol is a cooling substance that relieves pain by initially chilling and then warming the skin. This cooling and warming motion takes your mind off the discomfort while also increasing blood circulation.
