Dolentia Gel is used for managing pain, inflammation, and muscular discomfort. It delivers fast-acting relief through a synergistic blend of anti-inflammatory and counterirritant ingredients. It works by combining the benefits of Diclofenac, Capsaicin, Methyl Salicylate, and Menthol, each targeting pain through different mechanisms. By promoting localised absorption, this gel supports the relief of joint stiffness, muscle soreness, sports injuries, and back or neck discomfort. 

• Diclofenac (1.16%): Diclofenac is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that may help reduce localised pain and inflammation. It works by blocking prostaglandins, substances responsible for swelling and discomfort, thereby helping to relieve stiffness and soreness in muscles and joints.
   
• Capsaicin (0.025%): Capsaicin is derived from chilli peppers and helps desensitise sensory neurons. It works by depleting substance P, a neurotransmitter involved in the transmission of pain signals. It creates a warming sensation that may help reduce the perception of pain in the area where it is applied.
   
• Methyl Salicylate (5%): Methyl Salicylate provides a mild warming effect and helps improve circulation in the affected area. It works as a counterirritant, distracting the brain from deeper pain sensations and helping to support flexibility and reduce tension in stiff or injured muscles.
   
• Menthol (5%): Menthol delivers a cooling sensation that might calm irritated areas. It works by stimulating cold receptors in the skin, which can help reduce discomfort and promote a refreshed feeling in sore muscles or inflamed joints.

• Muscle Pain Relief: Dolentia Gel may help relieve muscle soreness and tightness caused by overuse or strain. The combination of warming and cooling effects may help calm irritated tissues and support quicker recovery following physical activity or prolonged exertion.
   
• Joint Inflammation: The anti-inflammatory action of Diclofenac might help reduce joint inflammation and stiffness, especially in knees, elbows, and wrists.
   
• Back and Neck Discomfort: Dolentia Gel may help manage backaches and neck stiffness caused by poor posture, prolonged sitting, or sudden strain. Its deep-penetrating formula may support muscular relaxation and localised relief.
   
• Sports Injuries: For sprains, strains, and minor bruises, Dolentia Gel may help alleviate discomfort and improve recovery. The counterirritants work quickly to soothe affected areas and may help restore mobility more efficiently.

• Apply Dolentia Gel gently over the affected area three to four times daily or as directed by a physician.
• Do not massage vigorously.
• Wash your hands before and after application.

• Avoid application on broken skin or open wounds.
• Do not use near the eyes, mouth, or mucous membranes.
• Store below 30°C and protect from direct sunlight.
• Store the product in a cool, dry place. Keep the cap tightly closed after each use. Do not refrigerate or freeze.
• Do not use with heating pads or tight bandages.
• Keep out of reach of children.
• For use in adults and children above 12 years.
• Discontinue use if skin irritation occurs.
