Dologesic-SP Tablet contains three active ingredients that work together:

• Diclofenac (50 mg): As a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID), diclofenac works by blocking the production of certain chemicals in the body called prostaglandins that cause pain and inflammation.

• Paracetamol/Acetaminophen (325 mg): This ingredient acts on the central nervous system. It helps to decrease your perception of pain and helps lower body temperature when you have a fever.
