Domstal 5 DT Tablet helps treat indigestion, gastric reflux illness, nausea, and vomiting. It promotes food passage through the stomach and intestines, which reduces bloating, fullness, and gastric discomfort. Domstal 5 DT Tablet should be taken after food.. It will still work if given after meals, although the medicine's absorption may be hampered. The doctor may recommend giving it four times a day to small babies. Between doses, wait at least 4 hours and give each dosage right before a milk feed. Doses are usually adjusted based on your child's health, weight, and age. Never take more than the recommended amount of time without first visiting your doctor.
