Dremz Cream is used for the following:

• Management of melasma and post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation

• Fading freckles, age spots, and sun damage

• Handling mild to moderate acne conditions

• Improvement of fine lines and wrinkles appearance

• Smoothing rough, uneven skin texture

• Alleviating symptoms of mild to moderate inflammatory skin conditions like eczema and psoriasis

Use Dremz Cream as suggested below:

• Ensure that the skin area you'll apply the cream on is clean and dry.

• Apply a thin layer of the cream to the affected areas.

• Gently massage the cream into your skin until it's fully absorbed.

• After application, wash your hands thoroughly.

Dremz Cream is applied topically.

Dremz Cream contains three active ingredients:

• Hydroquinone (4%): As a potent skin-lightening agent, hydroquinone works by obstructing the activity of tyrosinase - an enzyme crucial for melanin synthesis - thereby reducing melanin production. This action helps fade dark spots, freckles and other forms of hyperpigmentation.

• Tretinoin (0.025%): Tretinoin is a form of vitamin A that promotes cell turnover and collagen production in the skin. It works by binding to retinoic acid receptors, which influence cellular growth and differentiation. Its action helps improve skin texture, reduce fine lines and wrinkles, and unclog pores, making it effective in managing acne and photoaging.

• Mometasone (0.1%): This synthetic corticosteroid possesses anti-inflammatory and immunosuppressive properties. It acts by binding to glucocorticoid receptors in skin cells which leads to the suppression of pro-inflammatory mediators such as prostaglandins and leukotrienes. As a result, it reduces inflammation, redness and itching associated with various skin conditions.

• Store Dremz Cream at a steady room temperature, ideally below 25°C.

• Keep it in a tightly sealed container to prevent exposure to air.

• The cream should be stored away from direct sunlight, heat, and moisture.

• For safety reasons, always keep this product out of reach of children.

• Regularly moisturise your skin: As Dremz Cream may cause dryness or peeling, maintaining a daily moisturising routine can help manage these effects. Choose a moisturiser that suits your skin type.

• Protect your skin from sun exposure: Since this cream can increase sensitivity to sunlight, wearing sunscreen (at least SPF 30) and protective clothing when outdoors is crucial. This will also help manage hyperpigmentation conditions that Dremz Cream is used for. Always consult your doctor for specific advice.
