Dulcoflex Natural Tablet 10

Dulcoflex Natural Tablet is used in the following conditions:

• Managing occasional constipation
• Preparing the bowel for certain medical procedures like colonoscopies

1. Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water. Avoid crushing or chewing it.
2. Always follow the recommended dose; avoid taking more than advised by your doctor.
3. Do not use this medicine continuously for more than 7 days without consulting your doctor. It may lead to dependence and decreased bowel function.

Dulcoflex Natural Tablet is taken orally.

The main ingredient in Dulcoflex Natural Tablet is senna glycoside or senna (7.5 mg). It works in the human body in the following manner:

• Senna in the tablet is activated by intestinal bacteria once ingested.
• Once activated, these sennosides are transformed into rheinanthrone (an active metabolite), which acts on your intestinal wall.
• Rheinanthrone stimulates bowel movements and also increases fluid secretion into the bowel. This action makes stools softer and easier to pass.

1. Store Dulcoflex Natural Tablet in a cool, dry place with a temperature below 30°C.
2. Keep away from direct sunlight and moisture.
3. Ensure the product is out of reach of children and pets.
4. Use the medicine before the expiry date mentioned on the packaging.

• To manage constipation effectively while taking Dulcoflex Natural Tablet, increase your intake of fibre-rich foods. Include fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and legumes in your diet.
• Drink plenty of water during the day to help soften stools and promote regular bowel movements.
• Avoid fatty, spicy, or fried foods that can irritate your stomach.
• Regular physical activity can also stimulate your bowel movements. Try to incorporate moderate exercises such as walking or yoga into your daily routine.
• Avoid processed foods and those high in fat and sugar as they may contribute to constipation.
• Limit consumption of alcohol and caffeine as these can lead to dehydration, worsening constipation.
